About this formula
Balance is an essence rather than an astringent toner — no alcohol, nothing designed to strip. 8% galactomyces ferment filtrate, 2% beta-glucan and a free amino acid complex leave the skin hydrated and slightly tacky, which is exactly the state in which serums perform best.
This is the single most under-rated step in a routine and the cheapest way to improve the ones you already own. Net contents 200 ml (6.7 fl oz).
How to use
