Promotion terms

Unless a specific offer says otherwise, one discount code may be used per order and codes cannot be combined with each other.

Discount codes apply to product subtotal only, before shipping and tax. They do not apply to devices under an existing promotion, or to gift cards.

Offers are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing an offer never affects an order already placed.

Free standard shipping applies to orders with a product subtotal of $75.00 or more, after any discount is applied, shipping to a US address.

If a return brings your order below the threshold, we do not retrospectively charge shipping.

One free 5 ml sample is included with every order at no charge, with no minimum spend. The specific formula rotates and is whichever is current when your order is packed; we cannot guarantee a particular formula on the free sample.

Limit one free sample per order. The sample has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be ordered on its own.

Paid samples at $5 are a separate item with no limit per order. If you do not specify a formula in the order notes we will send our current bestseller.

Sets are sold at a fixed price below the total of their individual components. The comparison price shown alongside a set is the sum of the current individual prices of the items it contains, on the date of purchase.

Sets cannot be split, partially returned for a partial refund at component prices, or exchanged item-for-item. A set may be returned in full under the standard returns policy.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, cancel the order and refund you in full, and you are free to reorder at the correct price.
